RULES & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Please refer to these Rules and Conditions before selecting classes. Thank you.

  1. Pure Crabbet Horses = Horses of 100% Crabbet breeding/bloodlines only. *Crabbet is defined as * Descended from pure Arabian horses purchases, owned or bred by Wilfred Blunt, Lady Anne Blunt, Lady Wentworth or Crabbet Park * An extended pedigree should be submitted for all Crabbet horses who have not been entered in Crabbet classes in previous years. Entries on the day not accepted.
  2. NO PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS MUST BE USED eg anything that needs a photo credit
  3. All horses must be registered with A.H.S.A Ltd. Proof of registration must be available on request.
  4. Photocopy of both sides of registration to accompany entries or entries will not be accepted.
  5. Birth date of all horses to be taken from 1 st of August.
  6. Geldings shown in gelding classes must have been gelded. Colts registered as geldings cannot compete in colt classes.
  7. Veteran horses may compete in other led classes in their age group.
  8. The judge's decision in all cases is final. Verbal or physical abuse to Judges, Officials, Committee Members, Stewards will result in instant disqualification of all Exhibit/s entered by the exhibitor or handler.
  9. Photos must be taken within the last 12 months.
  10. One photo, taken standing side-on must be provided for each horse entered (with the exception of Classic/Best Head classes).
  11. Trot classes must be an action shot of the horse trotting side on by 2 photos
  12. Classic Head preferably a close up of the horses head side on
  13. Costume Class must be entered with a picture of each side and a close up of blanket and bridle
  14. Entry fee is $5 per class, and $10 per entry in the International Challenge .
  15. Closing date is strictly 29 th February 2008.
  16. Entries will be judged from 1 st March 2008
  17. Results will be announced on website 7 Th March.
  18. Photos must be accompanied by correct Owners name and postal address (for posting of ribbons),
  19. Horses must be owned by the person entering.
  20. Pending registrations will be accepted.
  21. Photos must not be modified or enhanced
  22. Entry fees will not be refunded.
  23. Broodmares must have a foal at foot or be visibly in foal in the current season. A vet certificate must accompany Mares in foal with entries.
  24. The show organizers shall have the power to cancel, divide or combine classes remove any exhibit from the website or reject or cancel any entry at any time.
  25. Stallion tender foal must be from the 2006 stallion tender free entry approved by the VCAHGinc
  26. Where conflict arises between VCAHG Inc rules and AHSA standard show rules, VCAHG Inc rules apply
  27. Breeders group must be 3 horses registered under the same AHSA membership number
  28. Sire/Dams progeny can be different photos horses do not need to be in same photo
  29. International challenge open to all horses around the world proof of Crabbet % must accompany entries also registration within the studbook in country the horse is located. This will be judged by a panel of 3
  30. All results will be on this website with photos
